First Register for the UBC Real Estate Course and then Write the Exam

One of the mandatory requirements to enable someone to apply for a real estate license in BC, is that you must register for the Real Estate Trading Services Course at the UBC — this is a self-phase correspondence course.
A second mandatory requirement is that you must meet the BC Financial Services Authority's English Language Proficiency Requirement (ELPR) to be able to write the UBC real estate exam. — We advise you satisfy the English requirement prior to registering for the Real Estate Trading Services Course at the UBC.

Please follow the simplified steps below to register for the UBC's course:

Step 1:

To register with the UBC’s real estate course please follow the following link: UBC online registration form

Step 2:

a)  Complete the online registration form on that UBC webpage.

b) Towards the middle of the form, under “Course Information/Tuition” you will find:

Select one of the following courses
Real Estate Trading Services Licensing Course

Please select the "Real Estate Trading Services Course" ($1,150.00).

c)  Towards the bottom of the form you will encounter an option to purchase HP 10BII+ financial Calculator.
Same as the screenshot below:

Please purchase the HP 10 BII + calculator from UBC by selecting this option (currently it's around $85), because you will need this calculator to solve the math questions in your real estate course.

Step 3:

Once you submit your application and the payment is received by the UBC, you will get a confirmation email. You will then receive your UBC study textbooks and access to your UBC online account within a week.
