We will do everything possible to ensure that you pass the UBC real estate exam on your first try. While the real estate licensing exam is challenging, there’s no reason to fear it with the help of our compassionate and knowledgeable instructors at Excel Realty Academy. Our instructors have been there and understand what you are going through.

Two to three weeks after you finish your real estate tutorial schedule (12 x 3-hour classes), you will come back to do an in-classroom simulated mock exam on a computer to assess yourself.  You will become aware of your strengths and weaknesses and based on that; we will plan the next step.

This stage is our "quality control", where we discover your weaknesses and work on them — we don't let you go just because you completed our real estate course.
At this point, you will also receive access to our online mock exams and before you even attempt the UBC real estate licensing exam, you will further practice on 6 different mock exams that we have prepared for you, to make sure you are 100% confident and ready to take the UBC real estate exam.

We are available whenever you need us and are not governed by a calendar or clock. Any hour of the day, no matter what the question, you can email us, and you will get the reply within hours.
Once you are our student, you will always be our student; you do not need to hire an instructor for a couple of hours if you require extra tutoring, just come over with your questions 30 minutes before classes start — we are here to help at no additional cost.

We make sure that you have the advantage of learning the math portion separate from the legal and appraisal components of the real estate course, to ensure that you can focus on the math and master it more quickly.
The worst thing you can do is to take a course that mixes the math portion with the legal concepts; this may in all likelihood completely confuse you and you will become the master of none — or a course that allows new students to join at any time during their schedule.

We do NOT allow new students to join our classes at any time, in fact we have only 2 openings per schedule — one is at the beginning of the law component and the second at the beginning of the math component of the course.
Concepts in each component are related — you must understand one concept to better understand the other; must know where and how they are similar; different; etc.
