Our real estate training programs provide a new approach to the real estate licensing course to help you develop the skills and knowledge you need to pass the UBC real estate licensing exam on your FIRST try — we are the shortest route to your BC real estate license!

We allow you to choose between two different courses of study:

Both our real estate tutorial programs take about 36 hours of in-classroom OR online live instruction to complete (12 classes) PLUS an all-day final preparation review class. One program runs over a period of three weeks of intensive study, and the second program is spread out over six weeks to accommodate your busy schedule.

The first is our “3-Weeks” (in-classroom) program, which is highly intensive and takes only 3 weeks to complete.

• Courses are held 3 hours per day.
• Four days per week (Monday to Thursday).
• The course is completed in 3 weeks.

 The second option is our “6-Weeks” program, which takes 6 weeks to complete.

• Courses are only held twice per week, either through online live classes OR in-classroom instructions.
• Either Monday and Wednesday evenings (in-classroom), or
• Tuesday and Thursday evenings (ONLINE live classes).

The tutorial classes taken in both options are the same so that you don’t have to worry about getting a better experience in one or the other program.

What are all Included?

Each program is focused on you passing the UBC real estate exam and building a solid foundation for your real estate career. To this end, we provide complete and easy-to-understand materials to our students.

Our materials provide everything you need to pass both the Legal and the Math sections of the UBC real estate licensing course, including:

• Student Workbook, condensed chapter notes and power point presentations.
• Comprehensive online real estate course and training (complimentary and conditions apply).
• A coil-book with 1,000 questions organized in chapter order.
• Help with your UBC assignments.
• Instructor-led, interactive discussions of law questions to help students understand real estate law.
• Hands-on, interactive problem solving of all complex math problems that may appear in the exam.
• In addition to the 36 hours of classroom instruction, a final preparation all-day (9 am - 2:30 pm) class that includes a hands-on in-classroom mock exam on a computer, (we are the ONLY tutorial company that will walk you through this valuable experience).
• 6 online mock exams to practice at home — as close to the real thing as you can get.
• Our online classes are LIVE virtual classes; NOT pre-recorded videos, — other tutorials call their pre-recorded videos "online course"!  — Our online classes are EXACTLY the same as our in-person classes; same level of interactions; asking questions; taking turn in solving questions; Zoom videos MUST be on; etc.

Before you register for our real estate classes make sure you meet the real estate licensing requirements in BC, i.e., be at least 19 years of age, — no criminal background or bankruptcies, — meet The BC Financial Services Authority's English language proficiency requirement (ELPR) — and then register for the UBC real estate trading services licensing course.
