• Excel Realty Academy’s students may sign a waiver upon class commencement for the purposes for advertising and promoting purposes as they see fit and in this case the student waives all rights to claims now and in the future.
• All and any Student information of Excel Realty Academy will not be distributed to a third party, unless a signed legal document is provided from legal bodies with the student’s permission.
• Excel Realty Academy collects website visitor’s device details, including device MAC address and IP address for our websites’ security purposes only.
