How to Get Your Real Estate License in BC
If you're planning to get your real estate license in BC, here’s the exact process:
- Be 19 years or older.
- Be of good character (i.e. no criminal record).
- Meet the BC Financial Services Authority’s English language requirement.
- Register for the UBC Real Estate Trading Services Licensing Course.

- Pass the real estate exam at UBC.
