Excel Realty Academy offers two different pathways to get you through the real estate licensing exam to obtain your BC real estate trading license FASTER:
- The 3-weeks program: This real estate course offers a complete educational path that is normally spread over 6 weeks, condensed into a 3-week period, four days per week.
The 3-weeks program is held in classroom. - The 6-weeks program: Like the 3-weeks program, this option also takes 12 days in total to complete, but it is spread out over 6 weeks, with classes offered twice per week. This program is ideal for those with busy work and home lives, who need more time to focus on their studies.

To get a real estate license, based on BC government requirements in BC, you must:
- Be 19 years or older.
- Be of good character, i.e. no criminal record.
- Satisfy the BC Financial Services Authority's English Language Proficiency Requirement.
- Register for the UBC “Real Estate Trading Services Licensing Course”.*
- Pass the UBC Real Estate Exam.
- After you pass the UBC real estate exam, register for, and complete another real estate course, which is called “Residential/Commercial Real Estate Trading Applied Course”.
- Join a brokerage to apply for your real estate trading license.
* After you register with the UBC licensing course (step 4), you can join our tutorial classes to pass the UBC exam with confidence.
