How to Get Your Realtor License in BC
To get your Realtor License in British Columbia, you must:
- Be 19 years or older.
- Be of good character (i.e. not criminal record).
- Meet the BC Financial Services Authority’s English language requirement.
- Register for the UBC Real Estate Trading Services Licensing Course.
